Lotus 17 For Sale
Lotus 17 ex Lotus team car, entered at Le Mans in 1959 with a 750cc FWM Coventry Climax engine, but never ran.
Sold to Dr Clare Wilson in Canada, by Innes Ireland and fitted with an FWB for the 1960 race season.
It has been in the current owners'
hands since the 1970s, raced occasionally and successfully.
It still retains the front strut suspension, slightly modified to remove the handling problems this system had.
The FWB has been recently refreshed and the car is in exceptional original condition and ready to race.
